We will be talking about "Cooking in English".

Caroline: Last time we talked about cooking "kashata" for our next "cooking in English", but I could not find grated coconut or whole coconut which is one of the ingredients.

Naoyuki: Oh, that's too bad. Do you know any good recipe for the next event?

Caroline: Yes, I got another idea. We can cook "pilau" (Kenyan pilaf) accompanied by "kachumbari" which is a kind of side salad.

Naoyuki: That sounds good! Let's try cooking those on the date below.
