コールドコーヒー

We will be talking about cold coffee with one of our students, Osamu.

Osamu: Have you ever been to India?

Warren: No, I haven't. However I want to go to India and eat curry.

Osamu: Sounds good. You will be able to enjoy different kinds of spices, but you'll get thirsty

Warren: Right. In that case I will drink iced coffee which is my favorite.
Osamu: Wait! You should not order iced coffee but cold coffee.
Warren: Cold Coffee? What's the difference between them?
Osamu: I've heard that cold coffee was cooled down in a refrigerator whereas iced coffee was cooled down by ice cubes which might be made from contaminated tap water.

Warren: Oh, I didn't know that. You saved me from getting sick!

今日は生徒のオサムさんと共に、コールドコーヒーについて話します。

オサム： 君、インドに行ったことある？

ウォーレン： いや、ないよ。 でも、インドに行って、カレー食べたいなー。

オサム： いいねー。 いろいろな種類のスパイスを楽しめるんじゃないかな。でも、のど渇くね。

ウォーレン： 確かに。その場合は、大好物のアイスコーヒーを飲むよ。

オサム： 待った！アイスコーヒーは頼んじゃだめで、コールドコーヒーを頼まないと。

ウォーレン： コールドコーヒー？２つの違いは何なの？

オサム： コールドコーヒーは冷蔵庫で冷やされるんだけど、アイスコーヒーは、汚染された水道水から作られた氷の塊で冷やされるって聞いたんだよ。

ウォーレン： へー、知らなかった。君のおかげで、病気にならなくて済んだよ！
