クッキングイベント報告

We will report on "Cooking in English" held on March 31st.

In previous cooking lessons we have cooked Kenyan, Jamaican and Italian foods. This time we challenged Italian foods again. The menu was as follows:

・Linguine Pasta with clams in a wine sauce
・Bruschetta
・Caesar Salad

This time cooking was taught by Robbie. He is Canadian, and had worked in a restaurant in Canada. He cooks various types of food at his house almost everyday.

"The attendees were only women and I think their cooking skills were better than mine. However, I think they were able to learn a new recipe and we enjoyed conversation, cooking, some nice wine and hopefully the students learned some new cooking vocabulary too." Robbie

3月31日に行われた、「Cooking in English」 のご報告をします。

これまでのCookingレッスンでは、ケニヤ料理、ジャマイカ料理、イタリア料理を作ってきました。今回は、イタリア料理に再度チャレンジしました。メニューは、以下のようになっております。

・あさりのワインソースのリングィーニパスタ

・ブシャタ

・シーザーサラダ

今回、料理を教えてくれたのはロビー先生です。彼はカナダ人で、カナダではレストランでも働いていました。彼はほぼ毎日家で、様々な種類の料理を作っています。

「参加者は女性だけだったので、Cookingの腕前は私より上だったと思いますが、彼女らは新しい調理法を学ぶことができましたし、会話や料理、良いワインも楽しめたと思いますね。願わくは、新しいCooking用語も学べていると良いですけどね。」　ロビー
