A message from our new teacher, Frankie 

Frankie: Hello everyone! My name is Frank, but you can call me Frankie. I’m the new teacher here at ForB.

I’m an American, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I went to university in Canada, at the University of Toronto, where I studied Psychology and Computer Science.

I’ve been teaching English in Osaka for 5 years, and I just recently moved to Tokyo. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone, learning about your lives, and teaching you English.

I love the outdoors. Every chance I get, I go cycling, hiking, or camping. I have traveled all over the Kansai region, as well as the islands of Shikoku and Kyushu. I am really excited to explore Eastern and Northern Japan as well. If you can recommend any scenic places or interesting sightseeing spots, I’m all ears.

Anyway, I look forward to meeting you in person! Please come by the school and say hello.

フランキー： こんにちは、皆さん！私の名前はフランクです。フランキーと呼んでください。フォービーの新しい先生です。

ペンシルベニア州のピッツバーグで生まれたアメリカ人です。大学はカナダのトロント大学に行きました。そこでは、心理学とコンピュータサイエンスを学びました。

大阪で５年間英語を教えていて、最近東京に引越してきました。皆さんと会うこと、そして、皆さんのことを知り、英語を教えられることを楽しみにしています。

僕はアウトドア活動が大好きです。機会がある時は、サイクリングやハイキング、キャンプに出かけます。四国地方や九州地方と同様に、関西地方のあらゆるところに行きました。関東や、日本の北の地方も同じく探索できることをとても楽しみにしています。どこかお薦めの景色の良い場所や、面白い観光地があれば、是非聞かせてください。

とにかく、皆さんと直にお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！学校に挨拶しに寄ってください。
