Today we'll be talking about pod casts.

John: Do you listen to pod casts?

Naoyuki: Yes, I like the ones from National Geographic. They are interesting because we can see the wild animals from aroud the world. Their pictures relax me. How about you?

John: Oh, well I produce a podcast for relaxing. It's called Relaxation Audio. You can hear nature and other sounds designed to help you relieve your stress.

Naoyuki: Sounds good! I also like Nike Football Videocast. In those Videocasts we can see the Football Techniques used by Ronaldinho, C.Ronaldo and other famous players. It's a lot of fun.

John: Yeah, there are a lot of good pod casts. One really good way to use pod casts is to increase your knowledge base. I often use pod casts to study during my commute.

Nanoyuki: That's right. I use podcasts to study not only English but Management through casts like Manager tools.

John: It doesn't really matter what you choose to watch or listen to as long as you enjoy and find some value in it.

ジョン： ポッドキャストって聞いてる？

ナオユキ： うん、ナショナルジオグラフィックのが好きだね。世界中の野生の動物が見られるから面白いよ。映像でとてもリラックスできるんだ。ジョンは？

ジョン： ええとね、僕はリラクゼーションのためのポッドキャストを作っているんだ。リラクゼーションオーディオって言うんだけど。自然や他の音でストレスを解消できるようにデザインされているんだ。

ナオユキ： 良いねー。僕はナイキのフットボールポッドビデオキャストも好きだね。その中では、ロナウジーニョやクリスチアーノ・ロナウドや他の有名な選手のテクニックが見れるんだ。とても楽しいよ。

ジョン： うん。良いポッドキャストはいっぱいあるよね。ポッドキャストの本当の良い使い方の１つは、自分の知識ベースの増やせることだね。僕は通勤時間中に勉強するためにポッドキャストを使っている。

ナオユキ： 確かにそうだね。僕は英語の勉強だけでなく、マネージャーツールのようなポッドキャストを通じてマネジメントも勉強しているよ。

ジョン： 見たり、聞いたりするのに何を選ぼうかはそれほど重要ではないね。楽しんで、その中に価値を見いだせればね。
