蚊

This entry is about something everybody hates - Mosquitos.

Yoshiko: What happened to your arm?

David: I got bitten by mosquitos a few times. I know the culprits too - we just moved house, and when I was carrying the fridge up the stairs, I saw about three mosquitos hanging around the doorway. It was definitely them who bit me. Do you know any remedies?

Yoshiko: They've already settled in! The only rememedy I know is the medicine you can buy to stop the itching, although you can also use repellant, or wash the bites with soap... If there's a mosquito in my house I can't sleep until it's dead. Scary eh?

David: Yeah, scary. I wouldn't want to cross you if I was a mosquito. Usually when an insect comes into my house I don't try to kill it because it brings bad luck, so I usually just put them outside. Mosquitos are the exception though.

Yoshiko: I don't kill other insects either, but I won't stand for anything which causes me pain! So watch out! (I'm not sure what for, though.)

David: Okay, I'll keep on your good side!

今日は皆さんが嫌いな蚊について話します。

ヨシコ：どうしたの、その手？！

デーヴィッド: 蚊に刺されたんだよ、何回も。しかも犯人は分かってる。引越しの時、冷蔵庫を２階まで持っていったんだけど、玄関のところに蚊が三匹いたんだ。絶対にあいつらだよ。何か治療薬知ってる？

ヨシコ：もう住み着いてるのよ、居心地いいんじゃない？薬はかゆみ止めしかないわよね、あとは刺されたらすぐ石鹸で洗うとかね・・・。私は家に蚊がいたら、殺すまで寝ないわ！怖いでしょ（笑）

デーヴィッド: 怖いな！僕が蚊だったら近づきたくないね。僕は普通、家に虫が入ってきたら殺そうとしないで　（縁起悪いから）外に出すけど、蚊は例外だね。

ヨシコ：そうそう、他の虫は私も殺さないけど、私に害を加えるものは許してあげない！！気をつけて～（何をだ？・・・）
