お寿司

We will be talking about Sushi.


Naoyuki: I'm in the mood for Sushi today. Do you like Sushi?

John: Yes, I do! My favorites are grilled eel, yellow tail and champaign cavier.

Naoyuki: You like yellow tail!? That sounds like a professional. My favorite is fatty tuna, of course. That is meltingly delicious. Well, actually I like all of Sushi.

John: A lot of people like tuna, so I wanted to find other kinds of Sushi to enjoy. It is my way of being different. I often take my family to kaitensushi. My son's favorites are hamburger and kalbi. I don't think these are really sushi are they?

Naoyuki: Hamburger and kalbi!?? They are new Sushi, maybe. Once I took Indian colleagues to kaitensushi. Their favorite was tempura on the rice. I'm afraid they think these are real Sushi...

今日はお寿司について話します。


ナオユキ： 今日は何か寿司を食べたい気分だなー。寿司は好き？

ジョン： うん、好きだよ！僕のお気に入りは、うなぎ、はまち、いくらだね。

ナオユキ： はまちが好きなんだ！？玄人っぽいね。僕のお気に入りはもちろんトロだね。口にとろけるようでおいしいんだ。まあ、実際お寿司は全部好きだよ。

ジョン： 多くの人がマグロを好きだよね。だから僕はそれ以外で楽しめる寿司を見つけたかったんだ。それが他の人とは違う私のやり方なんだよ。僕はよく家族を連れて回転寿司に行くんだけど、息子のお気に入りは、ハンバーグとカルビだよ。これらは本当の寿司だとは思わないんだけどねー？

ナオユキ： ハンバーグとカルビ！？それらは新しい寿司かな、多分。一度インド人の同僚を回転寿司に連れて行ったんだけど、彼らのお気に入りは、天ぷらがご飯の上に乗ったものだったよ。それが本当の寿司だと思わなければ良いんだけど。。。
