We will be talking about Burj Khalifa.


Naoyuki: Burj Khalifa which is the tallest building in the world officially opened on January 4, 2010 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Do you know how tall it is?

Caroline: Yes, it is 828m tall, almost as high as Angel falls in Venezuela. That means it is really high. By the way, most of the buildings in Dubai are high.
Naoyuki: Really! I didn't know that there is such a high waterfall in the world.
Caroline: Yes, there is. Actually, it is the highest waterfall in the world. I have been to Dubai and I saw many other buildings but I didn't get a chance to visit Burj halifa.

Naoyuki: Wow, I want to go there and live in the building!

カロライン： ええ、828メートルの高さがあるわよ。ベネズエラのエンジェルフォール（滝）と同じくらいの高さね。それって本当に高いってことよ。ところで、ほとんどのドバイのビルは高いのよ。

ナオユキ： 本当！世界にそんなに高い滝があるって知らなかったよ。

カロライン： ええ、あるのよ。実際世界で一番高い滝ね。私ドバイに行ったことがあって、たくさんのビルを見たんだけど、ブルジュ・ハリファに行く機会はなかったわね。

ナオユキ： おー、僕はそこに行って、ビルの中で住みたいな！
