ジャマイカ料理

We will be talking about the Jamaican recipes with one of our students, Yumi.



Caroline: Did you enjoy the Jamaican recipes that we tried last month?

Naoyuki: Yes, of course. I enjoyed both of the recipes, "rice and peas" and "jerk chicken". I want to eat them again.

Yumi: I think so, too. I liked "jerk chicken" better because it was made using several spices.

Caroline: Me too, I like spicy food and therefore "jerk chicken" is more appropriate for me.

Yumi: I want to make "jerk chicken" again. I enjoyed the cooking lesson and the food very much!

ナオユキ： うん、もちろん。「ライスアンドピース」と「ジャークチキン」の両方とも楽しめたよ。また食べたいなー。

ユミ： 私もそう思う。私は「ジャークチキン」のほうが、スパイスもいくつか使われていて好きだったわ。

カロライン： 私もー。私は、辛い食べ物が好きだから、「ジャークチキン」のほうが私に合っているわね。

ユミ： 私また「ジャークチキン」作りたい。クッキングレッスンも食べ物もとても楽しめたわ！
